Adult Immunization Outreach

The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) announces that there will be a free Adult Immunization clinic on Thursday, November 20, 2014, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm or while supplies last, at the Agana Shopping Center (Center Court). The line formation will begin at the main double door next to Payless Supermarket and will continue towards SM Department store. Adults must bring a photo ID and a current shot record (if available). Individuals with physical disabilities or use walking aids such as a cane, crutches, or walker will be moved to the front of the line. Proof of physical disability must be provided for this accommodation.

The following vaccines will be available to adults regardless of insurance status and will be based on their age and vaccination history:

For Persons 55 – 57 years old For Persons 60 – 64 years old
Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) Seasonal Influenza (Flu)
Seasonal Influenza (Flu) Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis (Tdap)
Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis (Tdap) TWINRIX (Hepatitis A&B Combination) TWINRIX (Hepatitis A& B combination) Zoster (Shingles) (for the first 100 people)

For Persons 58 – 59 years old For Persons 65 years and older
Seasonal Influenza (Flu) Seasonal Influenza (Flu)
Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis (Tdap) Pneumococcal
TWINRIX (Hepatitis A&B combination) Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis (Tdap)
