Personnel Office

The Personnel Office provides support in all personnel matters, including recruitment and classification matters. The PO communicates directly with DOA, coordinates training, prepares personnel reports, GG-1 action, and retirement processes. The PO also coordinates timely preparation and submission for all employee performance evaluations, adverse actions, and provides necessary guidance related to personnel action. The PO also circulates job announcements, coordinates the distribution of department-wide circulars concerning recruitment, retention and retirement, and insurance. PO coordinates workshops with the DOA for the annual health insurance benefit options for employees, as well as subject matter training in administration and selected health and social service fields.
