How to Apply for Public Benefit

Please visit or call the Bureau of Economic Security (BES) offices located at any of the following Department of Public Health & Social Service facilities below Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, closed on the weekends and Government of Guam Holidays:

You may also print and fill out the Application for Public Benefit Form. Complete Part 1 of the application forms and go to any DPHSS Bureau of Economic Security Office to drop off your application form and they will contact you for an appointment.  There will be documents that will be required to bring to your interview appointment.

How long will it take to review my Application for Public Benefit?

It may take up to 30 working days to review and assess your application.
