Medical Cannabis License Applications

With the passage of Public Law 33-220, also known as the “Joaquin (KC) Concepcion, II Compassionate Cannabis Use Act of 2013”, qualified patients will now be allowed the beneficial use of medical cannabis to alleviate symptoms caused by their debilitating medical conditions and their medical treatments. With the enactment of Public Law 34-125, qualified patients and designated caregivers are now authorized to cultivate medical cannabis at home until a dispensary is operational. Applications to obtain a Registry Identification Card, Medical Cannabis Home Cultivation Permit, and other related forms are available at Central Public Health in Mangilao at the Chief Public Health Office Room 225 on the second floor. The forms are also available on the Department of Public Health and Social Services website at www.dphss.guam.gov.
