Expansion of Adult Day Care Services for Seniors

The Department of Public Health and Social Services is pleased to announce the expansion of Adult Day Care services for seniors, age 60 and older who are deemed eligible through the Case Management Services program for this service. Effective Wednesday, November 12, 2014, Adult Day Care (ADC) services will be provided at the Inarajan Senior Citizens Center alongside our Senior Center participants. This service site is in addition to the two sites already in operation. This expansion is attributed to the collaborative efforts of our partners: Mayor Doris Flores Lujan of Inarajan; the seniors and President Carmen San Nicolas of the Inarajan Senior Citizens Center; our contracted provider of Adult Day Care and Case Management Services, Catholic Social Service; our contracted vendor of senior Transportation Services, Kloppenburg Enterprises, Inc.; and the Division of Senior Citizens under the leadership of Administrator Arthur U. San Agustin.

For additional information, please contact Mrs. Monica Untalan of the Division of Senior Citizens at 735-7421/7415 or the contracted Case Management Services Program with Catholic Social Service at 635-1422, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except on holidays observed by the Government of Guam.
