The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) announces that there will be a free Adult Immunization Clinic on Saturday, October 24, 2015, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm or while supplies last, at the Micronesia Mall (center court). The line formation will begin at the Entrance #2 next to Denny’s Restaurant. Adults must bring a photo ID and a current shot record (if available). Individuals with physical disabilities or use walking aids such as canes, crutches, or walkers will be moved to the front of the line. Proof of physical disability must be provided for this accommodation.
The following vaccines will be available to eligible persons based on their age, vaccination history and insurance status. In addition, *persons 19-49 years old must bring a doctor’s prescription to receive the Influenza (Flu) vaccine.
