Notice to Yona and Harmon Residents
The Director of the Department of Public Health & Social Services would like to announce that effective May 1, 2016, residents of Yona are to submit their applications (new/reopen/renewals) for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Cash Assistance, and Medical Assistance Programs and all transactions associated with any of the aforementioned Programs to Southern Regional Health Center in Inarajan.
Residents of Harmon are to submit their applications to Central Public Health in Mangilao.
The change is necessary to alleviate the problem of long wait time and overcrowding and will allow us to process applications efficiently resulting in improving access to public assistance programs.
