Opening of Child Care Development Fund (CCDF)

The Director of the Department of Public Health and Social Services, Mr. James Gillan, wishes to announce that the Division of Public Welfare, Child Care Development Fund (CCDF), will be opening up to 150 child care assistance slots on a “first-come-first-served basis” toqualified eligible families beginning March 1, 2013.

Because of the limited slots, individuals wishing to apply are requested to visit the Bureau of Management Support (BMS) at the Legacy Square Building located behind KFC for pre-screening of eligibility. Office hours for pre-screening are from 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday.
