STD/HIV Graphic Art Contest Display at the Micronesian Mall

The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS), Bureau of Communicable Disease Control, STD/HIV Program in collaboration with WestCare Pacific Islands and Guam’s Alternative Lifestyle Association (GALA), is pleased to announce the 2017 STD/HIV Graphic Art Contest submitted by high school students on Guam will be displayed at the Micronesian Mall next to Ross Store and Sushi Rock Restaurant from April 22-29, 2017.  Over 30 entries were submitted depicting a super hero-themed mascot that promotes safer sexual behaviors and choices. The overall winner’s design will be featured in the STD/HIV Program’s Prutehi Hao “Protect Yourself” Educational Campaign throughout the year.
